The stock Surron LBX drivetrain has a known weakness that most riders don't think about until it's too late — the rear sprocket hub takes a beating every time power is applied or cut, and without proper cushioning, that shock load transfers directly through the drivetrain. On high-power builds especially, the repeated stress causes premature wear on the chain, sprocket, and jackshaft components over time.
The KyVex Billet Cush Jack for the Surron Light Bee X solves this at the source. CNC-machined from solid 6061 billet aluminum, it replaces the stock hub with a precision-machined component designed to absorb and dampen the rotational shock that occurs during acceleration and deceleration. The result is smoother power delivery, reduced drivetrain wear, and a noticeably quieter, more controlled ride — especially on high-power setups where stock components simply weren't designed to keep up.
Install is bolt-on straightforward. No modifications required, no fabrication, no specialist tools. Everything lines up to factory spec and drops right in where the stock component came out.
Like every KyVex part, this is machined from the same solid 6061 billet aluminum as our frames, subframes, and swingarms — not cast, not stamped, not sourced from a generic catalog. Available in six premium anodized colors to match your build.
