GENERAL QUESTIONS

 

Do any of my parts come with a warranty?

KyVex warrants its LBX Billet Frame, Subframe, and Swingarm against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase.
This warranty covers:

  • Defects in CNC machining, material composition, or assembly that exist at the time of sale

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper installation
  • Modifications, alterations, or unauthorized repairs to the part
  • Normal wear and tear from off-road, racing, or competitive use
  • Cosmetic finish changes from normal use (fading, scratching, oxidation)

If a defect is identified within the warranty period, KyVex will repair or replace the part at its discretion. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

Absolutely! Feel free to stop by Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We welcome walk-in customers.

 

DEALER QUESTIONS

Are you looking for new dealers?

Yes! We're actively growing our dealer network across the U.S. If you sell Sur-Ron, Talaria, or other e-moto brands and want to carry KyVex parts, we'd love to hear from you.

How do I become a KyVex dealer?

Reach out to us directly with your shop name, location, and a bit about your business. We'll walk you through wholesale pricing, minimum order requirements, and how to get set up.

How long does it take to receive dealer orders?

Our billet frames are manufactured in batches. Current lead times will be communicated directly when you place your order, and we'll keep you updated on shipping status along the way.

SHIPPING QUESTIONS

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Yes! We ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping costs may vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Does KyVex ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. International shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on location.

Where is my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. If you haven't received tracking information or have questions about your order status, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

What is your return policy? 

To start a return, you can contact us at zack@kyvexmoto.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 5609 W Latham St. Suite 101 Phoenix, Az, 85043. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Product compatibility is listed on each product page. If you're unsure whether a part fits your bike, contact us before ordering.

Do you make parts in-house?

Our products are designed, tested, and manufactured right here in Phoenix, Arizona.

Will installing aftermarket parts void my warranty?

Warranty policies vary by manufacturer. We recommend checking with your bike manufacturer for specific warranty information.
